turkey new military technology

Ghost Robotics manufactures four-legged "robot dog" robots for military, law enforcement and commercial applications. Unlike other robots, these legged ones are able to function in unstructured terrain. The robots have a variety of sensors, including a GPS system, radios, and cameras. The standard cameras can be upgraded to include night vision, thermal cameras and gas and motion sensors.

Ghost Robotics has several customers, most of whom are government agencies. Their Vision 60 quadrupeds, as well as their Spirit 40 quadrupeds, have been successfully tested by the US Air Force, US Navy, and other armed services. These systems are expected provide enhanced situational awareness for soldiers on the frontline and ground-based troops.

Ghost Robotics Vision60, an IP68 unmanned, ground drone (UGV), is tele-operable or autonomous. It costs about $150,000 and is designed for a wide range of uses. This robot can be used for safety inspections and security. The Ghost V60 can travel 7.5 miles on a single charge of three hours. And it can run at speeds up to 2 meters per second.

military news

Ghost Robotics has a strong reputation for creating high-quality robots with speed and agility. They have worked with the US Air Force and are expected to be tested by the military in 2021 at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. Jiren Parikh is the owner of the company. It is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He dropped out of college to become a backcountry skier, and later sold enterprise software. However, Parikh suggested that the company focus on the military market.

Ghost Robotics was sued in Delaware by Boston Dynamics, which is a major manufacturer of law enforcement and military-grade robots. The company claims that the robot maker violated seven patents in its complaint. Specifically, the company alleges that Ghost Robotics infringed on three of their own patents and two patents owned by Boston Dynamics.

Ghost Robotics copied the design of Boston Dynamics for the Spot, a quadruple-style robot. Boston Dynamics has stated that the robot was not intended to be a weapon and is not intended for human use, but competitors in robotics have said that the Spot's success early on was not just limited to the military. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, (DARPA), was an early supporter of Spot as it was being developed.

Ghost Robotics designs and manufactures robotic "dogs" that can be legged, two-legged or four-legged for military, law enforcement and commercial purposes. The company, like Boston Dynamics, has been a leader in the introduction of armed robotic platforms on the market. However, they were recently accused of violating multiple patents. They infringe in dangerous and unwarranted fashion.
